Perusahaan logistik dengan luas atap warehouse besar ingin mengurangi biaya listrik PLN dan mendukung target ESG corporate. Kebutuhan: solusi PLTS on-grid yang reliable dengan payback wajar.
## Solution
PartnerSurya menjalankan full EPC scope:
1. **Site Survey & Design** — Structural assessment atap, shading analysis, simulasi PVsyst
2. **Procurement** — Modul mono-crystalline tier-1, inverter string tier-1, BoS material
3. **Installation** — Mounting system, DC cabling, AC tie-in ke MDP
4. **Commissioning & SLO** — Testing, energizing, dan sertifikasi PLN
5. **Monitoring** — Web-based monitoring platform untuk operator
